Sobhita Dhulipala was at the centre of attention on Tuesday evening as a special screening of her upcoming Prime Video film Cheekatilo was held in Hyderabad. Making the evening even more special, her husband,
Naga Chaitanya, accompanied her to the screening, marking a rare public appearance by the couple together.
The film is produced by Chaitanya’s uncle, Suresh Babu, under the banner of Suresh Productions, and the couple’s presence quickly became a highlight of the event. Photos and videos from the screening soon surfaced online, showing Sobhita and Chaitanya posing cheerfully for photographers outside the venue and at the step-and-repeat.
For the evening, Chaitanya opted for a relaxed look, wearing an olive-green shirt paired with jeans. Sobhita complemented him with an understated all-denim ensemble, effortlessly chic and casual. Fans were quick to notice the subtle style synchronicity, with some pointing out that Sobhita’s faded denim shirt resembled one previously worn by Chaitanya at an earlier event. Side-by-side comparisons soon began circulating on social media.

The couple’s appearance delighted fans, many of whom affectionately referred to them as “ChaySo” and described them as couple goals. Several comments praised how happy they looked together, while others shared heartfelt wishes, including one fan writing, “Meeku evari disti tagalakudadhu” (May you not attract anyone’s evil eye).
The screening also saw Sobhita reunite with her Goodachari co-star Adivi Sesh, with the two sharing a warm hug. Suresh Babu and other industry colleagues were also in attendance, lending the event a celebratory atmosphere.

About Cheekatilo
Directed by Sharan Koppisetty and co-written by Koppisetty and Chandra Pemmaraju, Cheekatilo features an ensemble cast including Viswadev Rachakonda, Chaitanya Visalakshmi, Esha Chawla, Jhansi, Aamani, Vadlamani Srinivas, and Ravindra Vijay. The film follows a young woman who hosts a true-crime podcast and soon finds herself being hunted by a serial killer.
Earlier, Chaitanya shared the trailer on social media, calling it intriguing and expressing anticipation for a strong performance. Cheekatilo is set to stream on Prime Video from January 23.
