March brings with it a fresh wave of new menus and seasonal offerings across restaurants and cafés, as chefs introduce thoughtfully curated dishes, inventive cocktails, and comforting desserts. From flavour-driven
small plates to indulgent bakes and refreshing beverages, these new additions reflect the changing season while giving diners something new to explore.
The Grammar Room
The Grammar Room introduces new additions across its food and drinks menu, bringing a renewed sense of interest as the season changes. From unhurried daytime visits to evenings that unfold over cocktails and conversation, the offering pairs familiar comforts with thoughtfully introduced flavours.
The food selection brings together a range of small plates that sit comfortably between indulgence and familiarity. Focaccia & Pesto comes finished with roasted chilli calabrese and smoked ricotta, while the XO Babka layers garlic butter and cream cheese into a rich, savoury pull-apart bread.
The menu also features Harissa Charred Pumpkin with smoked labneh, Corn Ribs coated in a sticky gochujang glaze, Pulled Jackfruit Tacos, and Dips & Chips featuring wasabi edamame hummus, XO whipped tofu, and smoked labneh.
The cocktail menu begins with an expanded zero-proof selection, including Elderflower & Gondhoraj, TGR Mary, Orange & Mint Lemonade, Cool as Cucumber, and Passion Fruit & Lime. Warm serves such as Mulled Wine and Drunk Chai reinforce the menu’s comfort-driven sensibility.
A newly introduced cocktail section titled Serious Situationships features drinks such as Avocado Daiquiri, Coconut Mizuwari, Banana & Caramel Highball, Coffee Strawberry Sangria, Peru Chilli, and Elderflower Spritz. Sangria options include a Classic Spanish Red Sangria and a Citrus & Mint White Sangria.
Desserts include Strawberry Caramel Custard, S’mores Cheesecake with hot chocolate poured over just before serving, Feel Good Cake, a flourless chocolate brownie sweetened with jaggery—and Cookie & Milk, a signature Callebaut chocolate chip cookie paired with warm vanilla bean–infused milk.

Foodstories: Bread Takes the Centrestage
At Foodstories, bread is never ordinary. The collection is curated like a collector’s archive, where every loaf feels well-travelled, crafted with intent, rooted in culture, and full of character.
From Hokkaido milk bread with its cloud-like crumb to sourdough made from a 10-year-old culture and slow-fermented for 36 hours, each loaf reflects a deep commitment to flavour and technique.
Taking the spotlight is the Croissant Tissue Bread, a delicate croissant-style loaf that brings together the craft of French patisserie with Foodstories’ baking philosophy.
Hand-laminated, fermented for six hours, and shaped with precision, the bread is flaky, golden, and buttery, creating feather-light layers that melt with every bite.
Crafted using French butter and the classic book-fold technique, the Croissant Tissue Bread reflects the brand’s approach to baking, where technique, patience, and provenance shape every loaf.
As India’s bread culture evolves, creations like these highlight how bread is no longer just a staple but a carefully chosen indulgence designed to be savoured.
