Guar Seed Futures Fall on Supply Abundance

• Guar seed futures fell Rs 89 to Rs 6,010/quintal.

New Delhi, Jan 5 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Monday dipped Rs 89 to Rs 6,010 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for January

delivery fell Rs 89, or 1.46 per cent, to Rs 6,010 per quintal with an open interest of 29,005 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions. PTI HG BAL BAL
