Delhi building collapse: Search op ends,12 rescued

The rescue operation at the site of the Satya Niketan building collapse has concluded after continuing for more than 24 hours, with a total of 12 people rescued from the debris. Seven people lost their

lives in the incident.

Delhi Police has confirmed that no more people are trapped under the debris, bringing the search operation to an end.

The collapse took place at a building being used as a paying guest accommodation in Satya Niketan, a locality known for housing a large number of students due to its proximity to Delhi University’s South Campus.
