Ward No. 14C is one of the four sub-wards of Ward No. 14 of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC). The NMMC has a total of 41 wards spread across Navi Mumbai, representing 165 corporators. This sub-ward is reserved for General. Ward No. 14, to which this sub-ward belongs, has a total population of 41883, of which 3796 belong to the Scheduled Castes and 1178 belong to the Scheduled Tribes.
The extent of Ward 1 of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation as published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette is as follows: Location – Pimpri, Nawalhi, Nighu, Bamali, Waklan, Gotheghar, Uttarshiv, Narivali, Bale, Dahisar, Bhandarli, Mokashi, Nagav, Walivali, MIDC (Part), Pawane Village, Shramik Nagar, Advali–Bhutavali (Gaothan), Katkaripada (Khairane), Turbhe Stores (Part), Ganpatipada, Warlipada North – From the entrance of Pawane Village on the Thane– Belapur Road, proceed eastward up to Jai Bhavani Super Market. Then, proceed northward to the public toilet near the Marathi School in the northeast direction. Continue eastward up to Plot No. C-10 (Kisan Connect Safe Food Company), then northward up to Pawaneshwar Marg. From there, proceed westward along the compound wall between Plot No. C-19 (Thakkar Velvet Building) and Plot No. C-20/1 (Sheetal Cold Storage), crossing the drain northeastward up to Ashwi Hotel (Plot No. A-334) and Hotel Aarambh (Plot No. 314). Then, proceed eastward along Pawane MIDC Road up to the MIDC Main Road in front of Gami Industrial. Continue northward along this road, crossing Mahape–Shilphata Circle, up to Hotel Gavlidev Lodging on MIDC Central Road. From there, proceed eastward up to the MBR/GSR near the eastern boundary of NMMC, and then continue eastward along the northern boundaries of Adavali–Bhutavali revenue village, Gotheghar, Uttarshiv, Narivali, and Bale villages up to the northeastern boundary of Bale. East – From the northeastern boundary of Bale Village, proceed southward along the eastern boundaries of Bale and Waklan villages up to the southeastern boundary of Waklan. South – From the Thane–Belapur Road, proceed eastward along the northern side of Turbhe Railway Station up to Samata Vidyalaya Road near Garib Nawaz Masjid. Then, proceed northward along the road west of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Statue up to Mahavir Clinic. Continue northward along the internal footpath, passing south of CTC Paper & Packing, in a straight line eastward up to the 20-meter-wide road between Plot Nos. C/222 and C/93, reaching MIDC Central Road. Then, proceed southward up to Plot No. C/63, and from there eastward past Plot No. C/444 and around Plot No. C/450/2. Continue eastward past MS Infra Transmission and southward across Roman Trarmet Company up to the eastern boundary of NMMC. From there, follow the eastern boundary northward up to the southeastern boundary of Adavali–Bhutavali Village, and then eastward along the southern boundaries of Pimpri, Dahisar, Nawalhi, Nighu, Bamali, and Waklan villages up to the southeastern boundary of Waklan. West – Thane-Belapur Road.
The last Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) elections were held on April 22, 2015, in which Nationalist Congress Party was the single largest party with 52 seats, while Shiv Sena won 38 seats. Bharatiya Janata Party secured six seats and Indian National Congress won 10 seats. Five Independent candidates were also elected as corporators in the election. The next election is scheduled to take place on 15 January 2026, with the counting of votes on 16 January 2026.
