Euphoria Season 3 Finale Review: Sam Levinson’s popular HBO show, Euphoria, has finally ended after seven years and three seasons. The third season ended with episode 8, titled “In God We Trust”, which

Spoiler Alert!
A review on X read, “It has come to this… #Euphoria has ended after 7 years; this journey has concluded. #EuphoriaFinale delivered a strong but divisive emotional send-off. The season felt more like the start of a new show ( making the first two seasons feel almost like spin-offs in comparison) I think they stuck the landing well.”

“The one scene (you know when you see it) was all tension + anxiety-inducing to the extreme with several shocking moments. Also, a touching tribute and emotional twist was just what I wanted in this last episode. The cinematography stayed stunning throughout. Not every story gets all questions answered or a sad or happy ending, but mannn… I felt sad, mad, and glad all in the last 90 minutes. Going to miss these characters,” the post also mentioned.
Another post read, “How the fuck does #Euphoria end better than The Boys and Stranger Things. Year of flops and I gotta say with all this season’s flaws Euphoria finishes on a solid ending. Tragic, yet cinematically fulfilling. I don’t need a season 4; this is the true ending. 7/10 series finale.”
#Euphoria ends on a frustrating note. It has some emotional moments and moving performances from Zendaya and Domingo. But this to me was an unsatisfying ending and a lot of the ensemble felt meaningless in this finale. This season had its moments but it truly was a mess. pic.twitter.com/2r8fmPtgwH

A disappointed fan wrote, “Wow, how deep bro #euphoria was one giant fentanyl awareness ad they erased Jules character from the fucking show -nate jacobs became a hollow shell of the angry bi curious closeted villain – they used DEAD angus cloud to finish a storyline – oh and Rue Bennett she’s dead on ali’s couch the whole finale.”
The Euphoria finale was devastating and disappointing. All that talk about faith, god and hope, only to kill off your protagonist who suffered throughout her life. Sam Levinson, it’s time to put down the pen.

Zendaya carried this show for YEARS and they gave her character ZERO resolution,” another post read.
This ending wasn’t perfect but they at the very least gave some of their characters logic endings. They remained true to their nature given the context they were at by that time. Cassie, Maddy, Lexi, Jules and Rue. (Nate was lazy writing) imo.
I give it a 7/10. #Euphoria

It’s how it should’ve ended and shows the harsh reality of drug addicts. I loved Ali’s part in it too. No notes needed,” another review mentioned.
