Kartik Aaryan has firmly established himself as one of the most loved stars and a true box office puller. From delivering back-to-back successes to winning over audiences across demographics, he has emerged
as a heartthrob. But behind all the hustle-bustle and stardom is a dedicated actor. Speaking on what makes him so universally relatable, Kartik says, “It’s just my life.”
For Kartik, being relatable is a strength and “it’s not manufactured.” “People have seen my journey—outsider to insider, struggle se success tak. My film choices probably helped, but the relatability comes from something real. It’s imperfect and visible, and that creates hope and trust. That’s why brands connect to it. It’s not a strategy. It’s just my life. As long as it remains honest, I don’t mind being called relatable,” the actor shared in a recent interview.
That balance of emotion and acumen also reflects in how he sees his dual identity as an actor and entrepreneur. “Honestly, I can’t separate the two. They go hand in hand. Even when I pick a film, it’s not just about emotion or craft; there’s a business module in my head too. So yes, I’m an actor first. But I’m a businessman at the exact same time,” he adds.
About Kartik Aaryan’s Next
Kartik Aaryan is all set to wrap up the shoot of Anurag Basu’s much-anticipated yet-untitled romantic drama, which also stars Sreeleela in the lead.
As Mid-Day has reported, the actor will be resuming the final leg of Anurag Basu’s romantic drama in Mumbai after the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. The entertainment portal quoted an industry insider saying, “The bulk of the film is already shot. Post-Ganpati celebrations this month, the team will dive into a 45-day marathon schedule that should take the movie to the finish line.”
Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela’s upcoming untitled film might lock horns with Alia Bhatt’s much-awaited action drama Alpha at the box office. If industry buzz is to be believed, both films are eyeing the same release date, i.e., December 25.
