After a record-breaking run in theatres, Michael has now made its way to OTT. The Michael Jackson biopic, which became one of the year’s biggest global hits, is now available to stream on Amazon Prime
Video.
The film arrives on the platform after creating box office history. Within two months of its theatrical release, Michael became the highest-grossing biopic of all time, earning $977 million worldwide and overtaking Oppenheimer, which had grossed $965 million globally.
In North America, the film collected $370 million, making it Lionsgate’s third highest-grossing domestic release, behind The Hunger Games and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
