The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has opened up its first housing scheme for this year. Under the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, bookings are open for Low Income Group (LIG) flats in Siraspur and High
Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), LIG and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) flats in Narela. Not just that, the DDA is also offering a big discount under the plan.
People can get a 25 per cent discount on the booking. The discount is also available on phase III of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025, which was launched recently.
DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: All You Need To Know
The scheme offers 1,712 flats with 298 under the HIG category. A total of 459 MIG, 481 LIG and 63 EWS flats are available in Narela. Sirsapur has 411 LIG apartments on offer. For more details, people can visit eservices.dda.org.in.
Here is the booking amount of the flats, as per the DDA’s circular:
HIG Flat: Rs 10 lakh
MIG Flat: Rs 4 lakh
LIG Flat: Rs 1 lakh
EWS Flat: Rs 50,000
The HIG flats in Narela cost between Rs 95.88 lakh and Rs 1.17 crore. MIG flats are priced from Rs 66.28 lakh to Rs 83 lakh. People wishing to buy an LIG flat in Narela will have to pay between Rs 15.26 lakh and Rs 15.32 lakh.
The LIG apartments in Siraspur range between Rs 11.51 lakh and Rs 11.71 lakh. Those who wish to buy EWS flats need to pay between Rs 9.60 lakh and Rs 9.69 lakh.
How To Book A DDA Flat
The registration under the scheme started on January 24. Bookings commenced on January 28. People can visit the DDA’s Awaas Portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in and select the scheme title “DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026” to start the process. A non-refundable fee of Rs 2500 must be paid.
DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana, 2025 Phase III
A post by the DDA states that an additional 691 EWS flats are available in Narela under the scheme. Located in Sectors G7/G8 and A1–A4, the flats will be offered at a 25 per cent discount. Bookings started from January 27.

The DDA aims to provide affordable housing for Delhi residents. These schemes are hugely popular with the public, and the flats are often booked within days. The DDA flats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
