Failure is not the end of life but an opportunity to begin again with renewed determination. Priyal Yadav, from Madhya Pradesh, exemplifies this belief.
Coming from a modest farming family, Priyal faced
a significant setback in her educational journey when she failed in 11th grade. Previously a top student until 10th grade, this failure was a tough pill to swallow, but she made it her first and last academic failure.
Rather than giving up, Priyal used this setback as a source of inspiration. Through relentless effort and dedication, she succeeded in the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) exam three times in a row, ultimately becoming a Deputy Collector.
Her journey highlights how perseverance and consistent effort can lead to success despite challenges. Deputy Collector Priyal Yadav’s achievement underscores the value of determination and hard work.
Success Story From A Rural Village
Priyal Yadav hails from a rural area in Harda district of Madhya Pradesh. In her village, it is common for girls to marry at a young age. Her father, a farmer, completed only 3rd grade, while her mother, a homemaker, studied until 7th or 8th grade. Despite these challenges, her parents believed in her potential and allowed her to pursue education, ignoring societal pressures. They sent Priyal to Indore for her studies.
Struggle With 11th Grade Setback
Priyal was academically gifted from a young age, scoring 90 percent in her 10th board exams and topping her class. However, influenced by relatives, she chose the medical stream (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in 11th grade despite a lack of interest in these subjects. This led to her failing Physics. According to media reports, Priyal later completed her engineering studies.
