Golden Saffron Sparkler
A luxurious, jewel-toned celebratory pour made for premium holiday moments.
This cocktail brings out the warm, aromatic character of saffron with a sparkling lift, the kind of drink that instantly feels festive, elegant, and worthy of a New Year’s toast.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Ochre Saffron Vodka
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey water (1:1)
- 1 drop pure saffron water (optional for extra aroma)
- Top with sparkling water or prosecco (venue optional)
- Garnish: Edible gold leaf or a thin lemon twist
Steps
- Measure 60 ml Ochre Saffron Vodka into a cocktail shaker
- Add 20 ml of fresh lemon juice to the shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of honey water (1:1) into the shaker
- Add 1 drop pure saffron water (optional for extra aroma)
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass

- 60 ml Ochre Saffron Vodka
- 25 ml fresh orange juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup or honey water
- Egg white or aquafaba for a rich holiday foam
- Garnish: Micro saffron threads or a dehydrated orange wheel
Steps
- Measure 60 ml Ochre Saffron Vodka into a cocktail shaker
- Add 25 ml of fresh orange juice to the shaker
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice into the shaker
- Add 15 ml of simple syrup or honey water to the shaker
- Add egg white or aquafaba for a rich holiday foam
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15-20 seconds to create foam
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with micro saffron threads or a dehydrated orange wheel on top of the drink.

- 60 ml Gin
- 4 nos. Fresh strawberries
- 15 ml Sugar syrup
- 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 90 ml Prosecco / Sparkling wine
- 30 ml Soda water
- Ice cubes – as needed
- Garnish with a strawberry slice and basil or mint
Steps
- In a shaker, muddle strawberries and sugar syrup until juicy
- Add gin, lemon juice and ice
- Shake lightly for 5-6 seconds
- Strain into a large wine glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with Prosecco, then soda water, stir once and garnish. Enjoy!
For Dry Ice Presentation (Safe and SOP ready)
- Place the finished cocktail on a wooden board.
- In the separate chamber/base (not the glass), add a small dry ice pellet (5–10 g).
- Pour warm water over the pellet to create fog.
- Cover with a glass dome/cloche for 10–15 seconds.
- Lift the dome tableside for the fog reveal.
