actor Kamal Haasan could finally begin production in 2027, sparking excitement among fans of both legends.
According to online buzz shared by Movies Singapore, KHxRK is expected to begin production in 2027. Director Nelson Dilipkumar is currently occupied with Jailer 2, which is being planned for release in the final quarter of 2026.
Earlier this year, the maker announced the film with a promo video. It has only increased excitement among fans. They are eagerly waiting for the shoot and release updates. And now the latest buzz mentions that the makers are eyes festival window in 2027. However, an official confirmation is still awaited. As reported by 123 Telugu, KH x RK might hit the big screens either during Dussehra or Diwali in 2027.
The two screen icons last worked together in the late 1970s, and their reunion marks one of the most significant events in contemporary Indian film history. The project is being produced by Red Giant Movies.
