Currently, the Aqua Line connects indirectly to Delhi Metro at Noida Sector 51, where a walkway links it with the Blue Line’s Sector 52 station. Upcoming extensions will improve this integration significantly, especially the Botanical Garden link, which will provide seamless interchange with both the Blue and Magenta lines, cutting travel times between Noida and Delhi.

The metro operates from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, with trains running every 7–10 minutes during peak hours. An end-to-end journey takes about 45 minutes on regular trains and around 36 minutes on peak-hour fast trains. Fares range from Rs 10 to Rs 50, depending on the distance, with lower charges for smart card users compared to single-journey QR tickets.

Its single-day record of 56,168 showcases peak capacities, while monthly averages climbing past 55,000 reflect consistent performance.
Extensions and future plans hinge on solid ridership growth: the projected Boraki extension is expected to attract 60,000 daily users by 2031.
