The homegrown bike maker Royal Enfield has been leading the segment with the top positions for decades. In a move to remain in the same position, it has been trying hard to expand its product line in India.
To dominate the market under 650cc vertical, the company is gearing up to launch the all-new Himalayan 750. Ahead of the official release, a production-ready model has been spied during the testing phase, revealing some of the significant details and key features.
Here’s What Spy Image Says
According to the spy images, the model looks quite aggressive and gives a proper touring vibe. Unlike the prototype, which hit the headlines earlier with wire-spoke wheels, the latest leak showed the bike with impressive alloy wheels, wrapped in road-biased tyres.
The images showed the motorcyle with a split-seating arrangement, featuring a sculpted fuel tank and fully exposed engine. The bike was seen having a big visor at the front, while sleek indicators featured on the sides at both ends.
Expected Engine
At the heart, the Himalayan 750 is likely to use a new engine, which will be based on the existing 650cc parallel-twin unit that generates a maximum power of 46 BHP and 57 Nm of peak torque. Being slightly larger, the former might churn out a maximum output up to 50 BHP.
