Spaghetti with Cut-Up Hot Dogs
Ingredients
4–5 Blue Tribe vegan sausages, cooked and cut into pieces
1 tbsp oil
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup tomato purée
Salt, to taste
2 tsp red chilli flakes
5–6 fresh basil leaves, torn
150 g boiled spaghetti
Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add oregano, tomato purée, salt, and red chilli flakes. Simmer until the raw tomato flavour cooks out.
Add the sausage pieces and boiled spaghetti.
Toss well, finish with torn basil, and serve hot.
Crispy Masala Sweet Potato Fries (With Dip)
Ingredients
Fries
1 pack Blue Tribe sweet potato fries
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Masala Toss (optional)
½ tsp smoked paprika or red chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Pinch of black pepper

Tomato ketchup + chilli sauce (1:1)

Method
Cook the fries
Oven: Bake at 200°C for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air fryer: Cook at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking once.

200 g noodles of choice
1 tsp oil
Salt, to taste
Kebabs
1 pack Blue Tribe spicy kebabs
1 tsp oil
½ tsp paprika or chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala (optional)
Creamy Spicy Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small tomato, chopped or puréed
½ cup cream
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1–2 tsp chilli sauce
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt, to taste
Method
Boil noodles until al dente, drain, and toss with oil.
Pan-fry kebab slices with spices until lightly browned; set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter with oil. Sauté onion until golden, add garlic, then tomato.
Stir in ketchup, chilli sauce, spices, salt, and cream. Simmer until slightly thick.
Toss in noodles and kebabs, mix gently, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander or spring onions and serve hot.
