Nalgonda Ward No. 19 is one of the 48 wards of the Nalgonda Municipal Corporation. This ward falls under the Unreserved category and has a total voter strength of. 2713 as per the last delimitation in 2019.

The 2026 Telangana local body elections are being held across 116 municipalities covering 2,582 wards and seven municipal corporations comprising 414 wards. Voting is taking place on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and the counting of votes is being held on Friday, February 13, 2026.
The last Nalgonda Municipal Corporation elections were held in 2020, in which both Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Indian National Congress (INC) won 20 seats, while Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won six seats. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) secured a single seat and one independent candidate became a corporator in the municipal corporation.
