Iran has strongly criticised the United States and Israel over recent strikes, accusing them of targeting civilian infrastructure during the ongoing conflict.
The Iranian Embassy in India shared a video
showing damage to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Tehran, a facility meant for children. The footage shows the hospital building heavily damaged following air strikes.
In the video, a presenter claims that Iran has attacked 11 countries in the ongoing war but has never targeted hospitals or children. The presenter further alleges that more than 600 hospitals in Iran have been hit by US-Israel strikes, along with over 60 schools.

Strike on Gandhi hospital
According to Reuters, Israeli air strikes hit the Gandhi Hospital in northern Tehran on March 2. The incident has also been confirmed by the World Health Organization.
The strike took place on the second day of a joint US-Israeli military campaign against Iran, which began after the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in earlier attacks.
Iran’s ISNA news agency said the hospital was struck in what it described as “Zionist-American air strikes”. Separate reports from the Fars and Mizan news agencies included video footage from inside the hospital, showing debris scattered across floors near wheelchairs. Two witnesses in the Gandhi Street area told Reuters that the hospital suffered major damage. Patients were evacuated from the site following the strike.
The US-Israeli air campaign against Iran began on February 28.
