In a recent episode of Bigg Boss 19, Salman Khan schooled Amaal Mallik for his behaviour towards Farrhana Bhatt. Salman said that Amaal needs to control his anger and pointed out that he had no right to throw
away Farrhana’s plate or call her mother “B-grade”. Salman Khan said, “Even if Farrhana was wrong, who has given you the right to play God and decide who can eat food when and when not, Amaal?”
Amaal replied, “I got very upset and charged up. I tried a lot to give her a clean slate, but she has a lot of darkness in her. She has no soul. I am not God, but I was hurt. There was no shame in her eyes for what she did.” Salman Khan mentioned, “Obviously, you’re not God, you are not even being a human, you are failing at that too.”
He added, “Who gave you the right to snatch her plate? Food was falling. God has given food to everyone, and then you disrespect it. Amaal, when you call someone’s mother B-grade, are you justified? Just because someone did something wrong, according to you. What is this problem?”
Amaal tried to explain himself and said, “I cannot handle this girl. I am holding a lot of things she has told me, like do kaudi ka musician, are your parents even together? So, I ended up saying things that I didn’t mean, but it came out. I got heavily triggered.” Salman added, “Have you guys come on Bigg Boss or your parents have? You guys fight and drag their names in it. When you keep talking about parents, it’s best if they only sort it out.”
Salman then invited Amaal’s father, Daboo Mallik, on stage. Daboo mentioned that he is proud of his son for his hard work and dedication, but mentioned that Amaal needed to control what he says. Salman Khan questioned Daboo’s remarks and said, “I keep guiding him every week, but he has no control over his mind and his tongue.”
Salman added, “He says anything he wants. You’re not a kid now, Amaal. Even though you repent later and apologise, this is one thing you need to control. People will remember and judge your reaction, and it will go on for a lifetime. I know this because things from 30-40 years ago were imaginary. I am paying for those even today. Do you think you can handle it? It’s a very vicious world, Amaal.”
The actor continued, “I have been blamed for things I have not even done, and I am bearing it to date. Do you have the mental strength when people are talking about you? When you do charity or show respect, people think it’s a show off. These are small things that you have been told. What Sanju (Sanjay Dutt) and I have gone through, how will you ever be able to handle that?”
“The whole world goes against you, and you have to keep your head down and keep listening to it. And keep on listening to it and work day in-day out like a war horse. You’re playing well, just control your tongue. Also, don’t go by what you hear. Your reaction should be such that people see Amaal has changed,” Salman Khan concluded.
