Salman Khan’s Battle Of Galwan Release Date To Be Announced
Meanwhile, Salman is gearing up for the release of his next film Battle of Galwan. Battle of Galwan is one of Salman Khan’s most awaited films, and the producers have yet to confirm a release date, leaving fans antsy. Salman Khan fans may look forward to a huge party on his 60th birthday, as speculations claim that the release date may be announced on the same day.
According to Bollywood Hungama, the film’s release date announcement will coincide with Salman Khan’s 60th birthday. As per the portal, Salman Khan was considering making this another Eid release, but since Dhurandhar 2 has already been scheduled for that day, the chances of Salman’s Battle of Galwan being released on a similar date are remote.
The source quoted, “The team of the film is looking at multiple dates. Eid was and is still in consideration. But since Dhurandhar 2 has been announced for an Eid release, the chances now are remote. Salman Khan is a fair person, and he is clear that he would not like to clash with any other film. He feels it’s wrong that someone has taken up a date, and he should bring his film on another day. Hence, the team is trying to get a date which is vacant and appropriate for a grand film like Battle of Galwan. They are now looking at all the summer months, between March and June.”
The film Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, revisits the tense 2020 encounter between Indian and Chinese forces in the Galwan Valley, a rare border skirmish that turned fatal despite the lack of firearms. Instead, warriors engaged in hand-to-hand combat with sticks and stones, resulting in one of the most emotionally charged stories in modern Indian history.
