The actress revealed that she was very conscious about what she ate, paying special attention to proteins and overall nutrition. “I was very careful about what proteins to eat and how to eat healthy,” she said. Instead of giving in to unhealthy cravings, she aimed to maintain a balanced diet that supported both her and her baby’s health.
What surprised many fans was Parineeti’s strict rule of avoiding junk food during her pregnancy. “Jo bahut log surprise hue ki tumne junk food nahi khaya? Nahi khaya maine. I am proud of myself (I didn’t eat junk food, which surprised a lot of people. Didn’t you eat junk food? I didn’t. I am proud of myself),” she shared. Alongside healthy eating, Parineeti credited a positive mindset and divine support for helping her stay on track.
The actress emphasised that mental wellness was just as important as physical health. Staying calm, grateful, and mindful helped her navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy. She encouraged expecting mothers to focus on both mind and body for a happier, healthier journey.
