Priyadarshan’s upcoming film Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, is one of the most highly anticipated films. Ahead of the film’s release, the makers have been keeping fans hooked by dropping catchy
songs from the film. After chartbusters like ‘Ram ji Aake Bhala Karenge’ and ‘Tu Hi Disda’, Bhoot Bangla’s latest song ‘O Sundari’ adds a wedding flavour to film’s diverse discography. The song was released by the makers today, and it gives a glimpse of Akshay and Mithila Palkar’s sibling bond in the film.
Bhooth Bangla Makers Release O Sundari Song
Titled ‘O Sundari’, the song showcases Akshay Kumar and Mithila Palkar’s brother – sister bond. Featuring Akshay, Mithila and Wamiqa Gabbi, the song is an ode to bride-to-be Mithila. Presented by Zee Music, with Pritam’s music and lyrics by Kumaar, ‘O Sundari’ is sung by Vishal Mishra, Nakash Aziz and Antara Mitra. The trailer of Bhoot Bangla was launched last week amidst much fanfare and received a positive response from the audience. The highlight of the trailer was Akshay – Mithila’s humourous recreation of ‘Behen Darr Gayi’ moment that was woven seamlessly to showcase the bond shared by the siblings. ‘O Sundari’ further insights into Akshay & Mithila’s heartwarming relationship.

The film reunites Priyadarshan and Akshay after 14 years. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, Rajesh Sharma, and the Late Asrani ji. Bhoot Bangla is gearing up for its paid previews starting on 16th April from 9 pm onwards, followed by a full-fledged cinema release on 17th April 2026.
