The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 is set to be conducted tomorrow, Sunday, December 7, 2025. Candidates are advised to keep their admit card and a valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport)
in a transparent file, along with a photocopy of the ID and carry the documents to the exam hall. Without these documents, students will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
The exam will be held from 2 PM to 4 PM. Candidates must also keep two good quality blue/black ballpoint pens ready for the exam.
It’s natural to feel stressed or nervous just a day before the exam. However, it’s crucial to stay calm during this period. Last-minute preparation should focus on revising what you’ve already studied rather than learning new topics. Even a small mistake now can significantly impact your result. Therefore, trust in your preparation and remain confident.
Today is not the day to gather new information but to practice and prepare mentally. You can test your speed and accuracy with CLAT mock tests. This will help you adapt to the exam environment and refine your time management strategy. Remember, CLAT is an aptitude test that requires both knowledge and the ability to make logical decisions at the right time. So, keep your mind calm and finalize your preparations.
What to do before the CLAT exam?
Mock tests and analysis:
– Take a full-length mock test or at least solve a section of the previous year’s paper.
– Practice at the same time as your actual test tomorrow (for example, 2:00 PM).
– Follow the time strictly while taking the mock test.
– Analyse your incorrect answers immediately. Identify if mistakes were due to lack of knowledge or misreading the question.
Revision of important topics:
– Focus on key areas you need to remember:
– Current Affairs: Revise major Supreme Court/High Court verdicts, international agreements, and key bills/acts from the last 6 to 8 months.
– Legal Reasoning Principles: Review basic principles, such as main rules of contract law and torts.
– Math Formulas: Go over basic formulas like percentages, ratios, and averages for quantitative techniques.
