Santa’s Midnight Stout by Tanisha Bhatia, In-house Mixologist, Simba Beer & ZigZag Vodka
Featuring: Simba Stout
For the late-night, dessert-drink people.
Dark, creamy, and indulgent, this stout-based cocktail is what you reach for once the music slows and the night turns cosy. Think coffee, chocolate, and fireside energy.
Ingredients
120 ml Simba Stout
30 ml cold brew coffee
15 ml vanilla syrup
10 ml chocolate syrup (optional)
Method
Chill a stout glass.
Add cold brew coffee, vanilla syrup, and chocolate syrup (if using).
Gently top with Simba Stout to retain the creamy head.
Do not stir; let the layers settle naturally.
Garnish
Light cocoa dust or a few coffee beans
Vibe

A desi-forward New Year’s cocktail that blends the clean, smooth character of vodka with rose and paan. Aromatic, unexpected, and guaranteed to spark conversation.
Ingredients
45 ml ZigZag Vodka (Orange or Original)
20 ml paan syrup
15 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml rose water
Glassware
Old Fashioned glass
Method
Chill the glass with ice and set aside.
In a shaker, add vodka, paan syrup, lime juice, and rose water.
Add ice and stir gently for 20–25 seconds until chilled.
Fine strain into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Small paan leaf or rose petal
Vibe
Soft, floral, and dangerously charming.
Winter Berry Old Fashioned By Woodford Reserve
Featuring: Woodford Reserve Bourbon

A seasonal spin on a classic. Rich bourbon meets cranberry and maple for a drink that feels mature, composed, and fitting for quiet reflection.
Ingredients
60 ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon
10 ml cranberry reduction
(Simmer cranberry juice with sugar until slightly thick)
1 bar spoon maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice (one large cube preferred)
Method
Add bourbon, cranberry reduction, maple syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish
Rosemary sprig and dried cranberry

Winter Honey Hearth By Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
For the moment after midnight.
When the fireworks fade and the year finally feels complete, this warm, spiced drink offers comfort and closure.
Ingredients
60 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
1 cup apple juice (or guava juice)
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp jaggery syrup or honey
1 small cinnamon stick
2–3 cloves
A pinch of grated nutmeg (optional)
Method
Gently warm apple juice, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg for 5–7 minutes (do not boil).
Stir in jaggery syrup or honey until dissolved.
Remove from heat and strain out the spices.
Add Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and stir gently.
Garnish
Lemon slice or cinnamon stick
