In a late post on X, US Central Command announced its forces had launched their seventh consecutive night of strikes against Iran, aimed at reducing Tehran’s military capabilities. Iran accused Washington of targeting civilian infrastructure, including an airport, railway station and bridges, while claiming to have carried out attacks on US-linked positions in the region.
Mohsen Rezaei, a top IRGC official and military adviser to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, warned that Tehran could launch a “full-scale offensive” if US strikes continue, saying Iran would no longer limit itself to proportional responses.
