New Delhi, Nov 3 (PTI) Actor Medha Rana is set to reunite with “Border 2” co-star Ahan Shetty in “Sanki”.
The film is a love story at heart, blending emotions with raw and explosive action. It is directed
by filmmaker Tinu Suresh Desai of “Rustom” and “Mission Raniganj” fame.
Shetty shared a picture of the actor on his Instagram story on Tuesday and said, “Welcome on board @medhaarana #Sanki.”
Rana re-shared the post. “So excited for this one,” she said.
The shooting of the film is currently taking place in Bhopal, where Rana will join Shetty.
The makers have kept the film’s subject and storyline under wraps.
“Sanki” is produced by We The People, Roaring River Productions and Pals & Peers Entertainment. The film is scheduled to release in theatres in the first half of 2027.
Rana made her acting debut in the 2022 crime thriller web series “London Files” on Voot Select, where she essayed the role of Maya Roy alongside Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli.
She had her acting breakthrough with “Border 2”. The actor featured in the role of Dhanvanti alongside Varun Dhawan. “Border 2” was directed by Anurag Singh and also starred Sunny Deol, Mona Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, and Sonam Bajwa, among others.
