Son of Sardaar 2, directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and starring Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur, continues to face a lukewarm response at the box office. The comedy film, which serves as a sequel to the 2012
hit Son of Sardaar, is expected to gross only about half as much as the original.
According to Sacnilk, early estimates suggest the film earned just Rs 1.65 crore on Day 6. This brings the film’s domestic total to approximately Rs 31.5 crore.
Despite a decent five-day opening with earnings of Rs 29.85 crore, Son of Sardaar 2 has struggled to maintain traction. It collected Rs 2.35 crore on its first Monday and Rs 2.75 crore on Tuesday (Day 5). However, the sharp dip on Wednesday reflects its underwhelming hold at the box office.
