Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor and Vishal Jethwa are bringing the house down at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), where they arrived for the premiere of their upcoming film Homebound. Just
like us, food remains the priority of these Bollywood stars and one particular video that emerged online is proof. It shows both Janhvi and Vishal, dressed in their stylish fits for the festival, enjoying a food item with childlike joy on their faces and we are in awe.
Janhvi, true to her foodie reputation, was the first to grab a bite while Vishal stood by like a perfect gentleman, patiently waiting for his turn. The two of them seemed completely lost in the moment, with their eyes fixed only on the delicious meal in front of them, totally unaware of everything else around. TBH, we think it is one of the cutest videos on the internet today.

Decoding Janhvi Kapoor, Vishal Jethwa’s Outfits
At the event, Janhvi Kapoor was the picture of elegance in a resham saree with the intricate motifs. The was elevated by a vintage men’s jamavar jacket from the 1980 and a jamavar shawl adorned with delicate resham tassels. Sounds straight out of a dream, right? On the other hand, Vishal kept it formal in a classy black suit paired with a white shirt and a black bow tie.
After receiving a 9-minute standing ovation at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, Dharma Movies’ Homebound made its way to TIFF, adding another feather to the film’s name.
Homebound: Plot, Cast And Crew
Homebound follows the story of two friends, both from different backgrounds and religions. Hailing from a North Indian village, they decide to join the police force to lead a dignified life but life takes a turn when there is no news of the exam’s result even after a year, testing their bond and character. The poignant drama also delves into the complexities of rural life and the socio-political struggles faced by its protagonists.
Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, Homebound features Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role and the executive producers are Martin Scorsese along with Pravin Khairnar. Additionally, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Adar Poonawalla, Somen Mishra and Marijke de Souza came together to produce the film.
