Mannara Chopra, who was most recently seen on Colors’ Laughter Chefs, opened up about her bond with her cousin sister and global star Priyanka Chopra. The actress also spoke about Priyanka’s daughter Malti
and described her as a “proper LA baby.”

Talking about her bond with Priyanka and whether she sees her as a godmother, Mannara replied, “She is my sister, I would say. Recently, she was visiting India, so I went to meet her. You just take your heart out and you can tell her what you are feeling right now. So, she is like that calming factor who doesn’t have that thing where she will solve everything for you, but she will guide you in a way which is so proper… She guides me very nicely as a sister. I feel very emotional whenever I am around her, especially in the past two years. When I used to meet her earlier, it was mostly fun, chirpy, just giggling. Now, I am always hugging her.”
Mannara Chopra reveals if Malti speaks Hindi
“She communicates properly in English. Of course, she has picked up a few words of Hindi. The last time I met her was during my brother’s wedding this year. She is still quite young, so I will tell you more when I meet her the next time… She is a proper LA baby,” Mannara said while speaking about Malti.
Malti Marie is Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ first child. The couple tied the knot in 2018 in dreamy Hindu and Christian ceremonies at Jaipur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace. They welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, in January 2022 via surrogacy.
