Aryan Khan’s much-talked-about series The B**ds Of Bollywood* is reportedly gearing up for its second season, with the latest reports suggesting that the project could go on floors in the first quarter
of 2027. While an official announcement is still awaited, the update has already generated excitement among fans eager to see what the young filmmaker has planned next.
Mid-day has quoted a source saying, “The effort right now is to make sure the writing feels fresh and original, rather than simply repeating what worked the first time. Bilal Siddiqi, who was a key creative force behind the first season, is actively working on the scripts”. The report suggests the Lakshya-starrer is expected to go on floors by the first quarter of 2027.

Speaking exclusively to News18 Showsha, Rajat reveals that season one was a teaser and there’s a lot more of Jaraj in store. Making a big revelation, he tells us, “Yes, season two is happening. It’s in the works. I’m hopeful that audiences are going to see more of me in the second season.”
Overwhelmed with how his phone hasn’t stopped ringing and the love that he has been receiving ever since The Ba***ds Of Bollywood dropped on Netflix, Rajat says, “It’s unbelievable! Not just me but my whole family – my son, my daughter, my wife – too feels like god gave us everything together all at once.”
The Koi Mil Gaya and Jaani Dushman actor further continues, “Suddenly, my life has taken a U-turn. I’m getting so much love from all around the world. It feels like the rains are finally over and the sun is out shining bright. The Ba***ds Of Bollywood is the reason why other things didn’t work out for me. God had a plan for me.” While discussing how the show happened to him, Rajat shares that Aryan was rather nervous about narrating the script to him.
