Farhan Akhtar’s war drama 120 Bahadur is set to make its digital debut on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, according to reports. The movie, which was released in theatres on November 21, 2025, will be available
on OTT from January 2026.
As reported by The Free Press Journal, the film is set to be released on Amazon Prime Video, starting from January 16, 2025. The film was released in theatres on November 21. Directed by Razneesh “Razy” Ghai and produced by Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios, the film stars Farhan Akhtar in a central role and blends intense action with emotional storytelling inspired by real history.
120 Bahadur Box Office Performance
According to box office figures from industry tracker Sacnilk, the Farhan Akhtar-Raashii Khanna picture earned a measly Rs 2.35 crore. The film is likely to do well on the weekend. The film has a total occupancy of 8.58 per cent. Night shows had the highest footfall (14.70 per cent), followed by evening shows (8.53 per cent). Morning shows had a total footfall of about 4.52 per cent and Afternoon Shows had 6.58 per cent.

120 Bahadur is one of Farhan Akhtar’s most versatile films. Farhan stars as Major Shaitan Singh Bhati in the upcoming military drama. 120 Bahadur, directed by Razneesh Ghai and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment), and Amit Chandrra (Trigger Happy Studios), is set during the 1962 Indo-China conflict and was shot on location in Ladakh, Rajasthan, and Mumbai. It follows the brave adventure of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati PVC and the intrepid soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment, who battled at Rezang La on November 18, 1962.

120 Bahadur will create history with an extraordinary screening at the Rezang La War Memorial Auditorium in Chushul village, Ladakh, the highest-altitude film release ever (16,452 feet). “We are going to show the film at the Rezang La memorial auditorium in Chushul village, which is next to the mountain pass where the war was fought,” said Sushil Chaudhary, founder-CEO of PictureTime, the company organising this event
