Yadav, Anshuman Jha and Soni Razdan’s upcoming film ‘Om Ka Hari’ have surprised fans by releasing Asha Bhosle’s final feature-film song ‘Ae Meri Zindagi’. The song was recorded in late 2023, and will feature in Harish Vyas’ father-son drama ‘Om Ka Hari’, which is set to release in theatres on September 18.
Asha Bhosle’s Final Film Song ‘Ae Meri Zindagi’ Released
On September 8, the makers of Om Ka Hari, starring Raghubir Yadav, Anshuman Jha and Soni Razdan, released Asha Bhosle’s final recorded film song, ‘Ae Meri Zindagi’, on YouTube. The music video offers more than just the song. It features glimpses of Asha Bhosle recording ‘Ae Meri Zindagi’ in the studio, along with moments of her interaction with the film’s makers and actor Anshuman Jha. The throwback, behind-the-scenes visuals make the release particularly special.
‘Ae Meri Zindagi’ has been composed by Rajieve Sarang, with lyrics penned by Pradeep Sharma Khusro. The song, sung by Asha Bhosle, has already struck an emotional chord with listeners.
How ‘Ae Meri Zindagi’ Won Asha Bhosle Over
The music video also features a clip of Asha Bhosle recalling how she came on board for the song. She said the makers called her and told her they were sending the track across. After listening to it, she immediately agreed to sing it, without asking any further questions as she loved the song.
“Jab unhone phone karke mujhe kaha main gaana bhej raha hu, maine gaana suna aur maine haan kar di aur kuch nahi pucha. Mujhe gaana itna achha laga,” she had said.

Asha Bhosle passed away on April 12, 2026, at the age of 92. Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai due to multiple organ failure following a cardiac arrest.
