US President Donald Trump on Sunday spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the war with Iran before convening a limited security discussion this evening, Netanyahu’s office confirmed to The
Times of Israel.
This conversation came amid reports that the US and Israel are preparing to restart the war against Tehran. Axios also reported an Israeli official confirming the conversation between the two leaders about Iran.
Netanyahu had earlier said that he was scheduled to speak with the US president to hear about Trump’s recent trip to China. The Israeli PM also suggested that Iran would be a part of their discussions.
