Priyanka Chopra Jonas visited India to film the upcoming season of Kapil Sharma’s Netflix show and fans have been eagerly anticipating the release of the episode. And the wait is finally over. The first
episode of Season 4 of The Great Indian Kapil Show, which premieres on December 20, features Priyanka Chopra as a guest. While the promo has created a lot of buzz, Priyanka also shared a short glimpse from the episode today morning.
In the clip, Kapil is seen welcoming Priyanka on the show and the two seem to have a fun conversation. She was also seen dancing with Navjot Singh Sidhu in the clip. Towards the end, Priyanka exclaimed, “I forgot how much you laugh here!” In the caption, she mentioned, “Never a dull moment at The Great Indian Kapil Show.”

The promo showed Priyanka in form, pulling Kapil’s leg, mocking his English, and making comments about his film career. One of the most memorable moments was when Priyanka asked Kapil what he would do if he woke up as her for a day. Without skipping a beat, Kapil responded, “I’ll make the first call to Kapil Sharma and say, whatever happens, you are my one true love.” The reply had Priyanka and the crowd laughing out loud. Priyanka also apparently paid tribute to Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan on the show.

Priyanka dressed in a stunning custom blue-and-white floral gown by designer Arpita Mehta for her appearance on the comedy show. The strapless corseted bodice emphasised her figure, and the structured skirt provided dramatic flare. Ami Patel styled Priyanka’s ensemble, which was accentuated with a matching scarf that softened the architectural features of the garment.
She finished the look with diamond-studded jewellery that was gorgeous enough to shimmer on camera while being understated enough to let the flowery couture take centre stage. The actress’ hair and cosmetics were maintained shiny and fresh, which added to her effortless charm on set.
Priyanka Chopra most recently appeared in Prime Video’s Heads of State. She is currently filming SS Rajamouli’s ambitious Telugu film Varanasi with Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. She also has two huge Hollywood projects, The Bluff and Judgement Day, scheduled for release in 2026. She’s also working on the second season of the web series Citadel.
