Popular comedian Kapil Sharma has found himself in the crosshairs of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and this time, the reason appears to be chillingly clear. After a second round of gunfire targeted his cafe
in Canada, a new audio recording from gangster Harry Boxer, linked to the Lawerence Bishnoi gang, has surfaced. In it, he claims Kapil’s only mistake was inviting Salman Khan to his Netflix show.
In the threatening audio, Harry Boxer warned that anyone who worked with Salman Khan will die. According to him, the recent shooting at Kapil Sharma’s ‘Caps Cafe’ in Canada was not random but deliberate. It was, he said, retaliation for Kapil’s association with Salman Khan, whom he calls the sworn enemy of their gang.
“The first and now second firing at Kapil Sharma’s restaurant happened because he had invited Salman Khan to the inauguration on a Netflix show,” Harry is heard saying in the audio clip. This is the second attack on Kapil’s cafe in just over a month. The gang appears to be sending a larger message not just to Kapil Sharma, but to the entire Bollywood industry.
The audio clip doesn’t stop at Kapil. It goes on to threaten filmmakers, actors, and producers across Mumbai, suggesting that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is prepared to unleash chaos in the city’s entertainment hub. “If anyone works with Salman, whether a small-time actor or a small-time director, we will not spare anyone. We will kill them. We will go to any extent necessary to kill them,” Harry further said.
The threat has left the industry on edge. Security around several high-profile actors is being reviewed, and concerns are growing about how far this gang is willing to go.
While Salman Khan has long lived under police protection due to repeated threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, especially after the blackbuck poaching case, this is the first time such clear, public intimidation has extended to someone simply for working with him.
