Imagine enjoying a decadent, fudge‑like treat that also supports your hormones, libido, and menstrual rhythm, all while being packed with collagen, magnesium, adaptogens, and lignan‑rich omega‑3s. These
Seed Cycling Hormone Bliss Balls are designed around the simple yet powerful practice of seed cycling: using pumpkin and flax seeds in the follicular phase (from the first day of your period until ovulation) and sunflower and sesame seeds in the luteal phase (from ovulation until your next period).
Instead of forcing yourself to swallow spoonfuls of seeds every day, these rich, chocolate‑flavoured bliss balls make it easy and delicious to get your daily dose, with bonus superfoods like maca root, cacao nibs, and marine collagen to boost energy, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Seed Cycling Hormone Bliss Balls Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup nut butter
- 1 cup dates
- 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup each pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds
- 1 tsp Maca root powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
- 1/2 cup Marine Collagen
METHOD:
- Preheat a small non‑stick or oven‑safe pan over medium heat.
- Roast the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts, and any other whole seeds separately in the pan for 3–5 minutes each, stirring regularly, until fragrant and lightly toasted. Do not burn them.
- Roasting enhances flavour and helps the ingredients bind better in the balls.
- If your dates are on the drier side, briefly soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes, then drain and pat dry. This makes them softer and easier to blend.
- Remove any thick stems and ensure they are pitted and ready to go.
- In a food processor or high‑powered blender, combine the nut butter, pitted dates, cocoa powder, all roasted seeds and nuts, cacao nibs, flax seeds, maca, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla extract, and marine collagen.
- Process on low, then gradually increase speed, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture becomes thick, sticky, and fudge‑like. It should hold together when you press a small amount between your fingers. If it’s too dry, add a small splash of water or a bit more nut butter; if too wet, add a little more cocoa powder or flax.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours (or at least 1–2 hours) so it firms up and becomes easier to shape into balls.
- Use a small ice‑cream scoop (about 1 tablespoon size) to portion the mixture, rolling each portion lightly between your palms to form smooth balls. Or use a spoon and simply roll the mixture by hand.
- Place the finished bliss balls in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or in the freezer for longer storage.
- Enjoy one or two per day as a snack for balanced energy, hormone support, and satisfying chocolate cravings.
