Preity Zinta rang in her 51st birthday on January 31. Elated by all the affection she received, Preity penned a gratitude note on social media. The Punjab Kings co-owner was showered with “flowers, cakes,
and a lot of love” on her birthday.
Despite having stayed away from films for some time, Preity remains one of the most celebrated actresses in Hindi cinema.

Taking to Instagram, Preity shared an adorable selfie against a snowy backdrop and wrote, “Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes, flowers, cake and most of all thank you so much for all the LOVE each one of you has sent my way… I’m deeply humbled & my heart is full of gratitude & happiness.”

Preity Zinta’s Return To Films With Lahore 1947
After taking an extended break from acting, Preity Zinta is making her return to the big screen with the period drama Lahore 1947. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan, the film is set during the time of the partition of India.
In 2024, Preity announced the completion of the shoot and expressed her gratitude in a heartfelt post.
She wrote, “It’s a wrap on Lahore 1947 & I couldn’t be more grateful to the entire cast and crew for such an incredible experience… It’s definitely the toughest film I have worked on. Full marks to everyone for all their hard work & patience… Thank you Raj ji, Aamir, Sunny, Shabanaji, Santosh Sivan & AR Rehman from the bottom of my heart. Loads of love always.”
