An Instagram user has gone viral after sharing a heartwarming video of her family’s reactions when she surprised them with a Dubai holiday. Apurva Chaturvedi had prepared three letters to show her gratitude
to her parents and grandmother for their efforts over the years.
When her mother started reading her letter, it read: “Thank you mummy…for so many years, you had the whole house as your world…now it’s time to see the world…we are going to Dubai….” The mother’s reaction, captured in the two day old video, was filled with joy.
Father Bursts Into Tears
Next, the grandmother also read the letter, which thanked her and noted that the family was going on a Dubai trip. When it was the girl’s father’s turn, he could not hold back his tears. The viral Instagram reel shows that he started crying as he saw his letter.
The girl tried to tell him not to cry, saying this was a happy moment. Her mother then comforted him, saying: “These are his tears of joy…”
After some reassurance, the father read his letter aloud: “Thank you papa…for your whole life you have done everything….” But immediately, he broke into tears again. The mother then helped him finish reading: “Thank you papa…you have done everything for us…all our happiness was driven by your hard work…today it’s your turn…we are going to Dubai….”
Finally, the father joined in the celebration with the rest of the family.
