Prabhas’s latest fantasy horror-comedy, The Raja Saab, will finally release on the OTT platform. After completing its theatrical run following a January 9 release, the film has secured a major OTT deal
with JioHotstar, making it the exclusive streaming partner for the movie in all major languages.
As reported by 123 Telugu, the film is ready to make its digital debut on Jio Hotstar on February 6, 2026. Except for Hindi, the movie will be streamed in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. An official confirmation is still awaited.
Weekdays See Lower Numbers
Once the weekdays began, the dip became more visible. On its fourth day, The Raja Saab earned close to Rs 6.6 crore net in India across all languages. The fifth day saw collections drop further to around Rs 4.8 crore. On Day 6, the film earned approximately Rs 5.35 crore. Overall, the numbers point towards a steady decline after the opening weekend.
The Raja Saab 10th Highest-Opening Telugu Film
Despite the fall in daily collections, The Raja Saab has already achieved an important milestone. The film crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide on its very first day. According to Sacnilk, it ranks as the 10th highest-opening Telugu film of all time, which means it has joined the league of big-ticket releases like Pushpa 2 and RRR.

Directed by Maruthi, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar and Zarina Wahab in key roles. The music is composed by Thaman S, with cinematography by Karthik Palani and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Rajeevan has handled the production design.

According to the latest reports, the makers are now eyeing a festive Dussehra release, moving away from the initially planned August 2026 window that coincided with the Independence Day weekend. Well, there has been no official confirmation yet.

Prabhas is said to have allotted all his dates to Fauzi until the shoot is wrapped up. Fauzi is an action-packed story set in the 1940s and explores human emotions along with socio-political tensions during the British era.
