in the country for years. His larger-than-life look, style and fame made him popular among fans across generations. Now, months after his death, the internet is stunned as a recent video from Panjab University in Chandigarh has caught everyone’s attention. In the clip, a man who looks just like Hogan is seen celebrating the Lohri festival with students.
From his face to his body language, the resemblance is so close that people were left amused. The doppelganger is not just dancing with the crowd but was also singing Main Nikla Gaddi Leke from Gadar 2. The video quickly went viral on social media, with many users joking that Hulk Hogan has returned and chosen India for his grand comeback.
Hulk Hogan Lookalike Grabs Attention In Chandigarh
In the clip, the man is seen wearing a long moustache and Hulk Hogan’s well known head cap. While his body looks nothing close to the real wrestler, many people were still surprised to see him dancing with full energy to a Bollywood song.
The video posted on Instagram came with the caption, “Hulk Hogan spotted at PU’S Lohri Celebration.”
Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “Yeah and he is singing a Hindi song.”
“Hulkmania, immortal hulk,” a comment read.
One more added, “Don’t call it AI.”
In the comments section, the user who shared the video later explained that the man was just a foreigner who looked similar to Hulk Hogan and had visited Panjab University. The post was made only for fun by comparing his look to the wrestler and there was no deeper meaning behind it.
Lohri Celebrated With Spirit At PU
At Panjab University, Lohri was celebrated on campus with great energy and involvement from teachers, staff and students. The event was organised by the PU Non Teaching Employees’ Federation. During the programme, Vice Chancellor Renu Vig greeted students, former students and everyone connected with the university. On the same occasion, she also released Panjab University’s official calendar for the year 2026.
