He said, “I want Shah Rukh to put me in something, Shah Rukh, what’s up?” Will Smith is no stranger to Bollywood films. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is busy with King. Shah Rukh Khan has been on the go, working on his next film, King, along with other work commitments. Earlier this year, Shah Rukh spoke about the film at the Locarno Film Festival, saying, “It is an action drama; it’s a Hindi film. It’ll be interesting. I’ve been wanting to do a film like that for some time, and I really wanted to do a film like this for seven or eight years. We just felt Sujoy would be the right choice, because we wanted it to be very emotionally correct. We are all coming together to make a cool, massive, action, emotional film.”
King is touted to be one of the biggest movies to hit the big screen in 2026. Early trends suggest that it will surpass the Rs 1,000 crore mark at the box office. Besides SRK, the most awaited flick boasts an ensemble cast featuring Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji and many others.
