Salman Khan is one of the biggest names in Bollywood today. However, with a career in the limelight as long as Salman’s, one’s personal life also often becomes the subject of headlines. The actor’s relationships
are one of the most talked-about aspects of his life. He has been famously linked with Katrina Kaif, Somy Ali, Aishwarya Rai, Sangeeta Bijlani and Iulia Vantur, among others. The actor recently appeared on Kajol and Twinkle Khanna’s show and reflected on his failed relationships.
Salman Khan opened up about his breakups and said, “When a partner grows more than the other partner, that is when the differences start coming in; that’s when the insecurity starts setting in, so they both need to grow together. Both need to get off each other’s backs. I believe that.” When Aamir Khan prodded him further, he said, “Yaar, nahi jama toh nahi jama (If it didn’t work, it just didn’t). If there is anyone to blame, I am the one to blame.”
Years ago, Salman Khan appeared on Rajat Sharma’s Aap Ki Adaalat and said, “Actually sabhi, sabhi acche the. Fault mujhme hi lie karta hai. Kyuki jab ek jaati hai toh fault unme tha. Doosri jaati hai toh fault unme hi tha. Teesri jaati hai toh faut unhi main hai. Chauthi main thoda sa doubt aata hai ke fault unme hai ya mujhme. Panchvi main bhi 60% 40% ka. Jab usse zyada jaane lagti hain toh voh confirm kar jaate hain ki fault mera hi tha (Actually, they were all good. It’s my fault. When one or two, or three people leave, you can say maybe it was their fault. When the fourth or fifth person leaves, you start to doubt that the fault was yours. When more people leave, then it is confirmed that it was your fault).”
He then added, “Toh isme kisi ka dosh nahi hai. Isme bas mera hi dosh hai, shayad ek fear kaho ki main shayad unko voh zindagi voh sukh na de paun jo unke dimaag main hai. And I’m sure sab apni apni jagah bohot khush hain (So, it is no one’s fault but mine. Maybe it was a fear that I wouldn’t be able to provide them with the kind of life and happiness that they want).”
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently shooting for Battle of Galwan. He is also seen as the host of Bigg Boss 19. Recently, he also made a cameo on Aryan Khan’s show, The Ba***ds of Bollywood.
