Nalgonda Ward No. 10 is one of the 48 wards of the Nalgonda Municipal Corporation. This ward falls under the Unreserved category and has a total voter strength of. 2637 as per the last delimitation in 2019.

The last Nalgonda Municipal Corporation elections were held in 2020, in which both Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Indian National Congress (INC) won 20 seats, while Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won six seats. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) secured a single seat and one independent candidate became a corporator in the municipal corporation.
