Films. Keeping the momentum going, the makers have now unveiled a striking new poster while officially announcing that the film will hit theatres on December 3, 2026.
Sharing the announcement on social media, Prabhas unveiled a gritty new poster from Fauzi. The intense artwork shows the actor seated atop a rocky mound, surrounded by lifeless bodies, with a gun in his hand and blood splattered on himself, hinting at the film’s high-octane action and violent backdrop. It also has a tagline that reads, “A Battalion Who Fights Alone.” Along with the poster, he wrote, “अज्ञातपर्व ENDS. #Fauzi on 3rd DEC 2026.” Have a look:
Soon after he shared the release date announcement, his fans were over the top. One fan commented, “Can’t wait.” Another fan wrote, “Bhaiiii Boltheyyy 2000cr loading.” One of the comments also read, “INDIA’S BIGGEST SUPERSTAR.” Others were seen dropping fire emojis in the comments section.
Fauzi marks Prabhas’ return to the period drama genre following the Baahubali franchise and promises a visually grand, emotionally driven cinematic spectacle. Billed as Mythri Movie Makers’ most ambitious venture to date, the film brings together a formidable creative team, with Prabhas joining forces with the makers of Pushpa and Sita Ramam director Hanu Raghavapudi. The collaboration has already generated significant excitement among fans and cinephiles alike.
Fauzi is scheduled for a pan-India release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. The film boasts cinematography by Sudeep Chatterjee, a musical score by Vishal Chandrashekhar and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Alongside Prabhas, the ensemble cast includes Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Jaya Prada, Imanvi and Chaitra J. Achar in pivotal roles.
