The Verna logo at the back was creatively modified to read “Verna Kya,” turning the car’s name into a witty question.
A popular Hindi phrase, ‘Warna Kya’, meaning “otherwise what?”, is a remark used to challenge someone’s statement and continues to enjoy popularity in Bollywood dialogues and casual conversations.
The appearance of the viral phrase on a Hyundai quickly caught social media attention when a video, likely captured by a car driving behind, was shared online.

“Maruti Le Lunga,” a user humorously reacted to the viral video on Instagram.
“I have also done a similar customisation that says ‘verna kya kar lega? (otherwise, what will you do?),” Another user commented.
Echoing similar sentiments, another user noted: “I’m so fascinated by this mischievous world.”
The video, posted last week by an Instagram account @parag_bajpai, has over 2.7 million views and over one lakh likes. Nearly 4,000 comments flooded the viral video, with many users noting that such things can only be found in India.
“Ye baat Hyundai ko maloom nai pdna chahiye (Hyundai should not be able to find out about this),” a user posted.
