A few days back, she treated her fans with a beautiful throwback from her school days. She shared a rare and unseen picture with her childhood friend Krishna Shroff, and fans couldn’t help but burst out laughing.
In the picture, Athiya is seen making a crying face as Krishna playfully teases her. It looks like the photo was captured during a fun water adventure, as both can be seen wearing life jackets.
She shared the photo on her Instagram story, tagged Krishna, and added laughing emoticons.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s Love Story
After dating for several years, Athiya Shetty tied the knot with Indian cricketer KL Rahul in January 2023 in an intimate wedding ceremony. Athiya and KL Rahul met in 2019 through a mutual friend, and their friendship soon blossomed into love.
The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Evaarah, on March 24, 2025.
Athiya Shetty’s Career So Far
Athiya Shetty, daughter of veteran actor Suniel Shetty made her acting debut alongside Sooraj Pancholi in 2015’s Hero. Directed by Nikhil Advani the film is a remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1983 blockbuster film of the same name. Later she starred in Anees Bazmee’s rom-com Mubarakan (2017) alongside Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz.
After appearing in a few films, she consciously decided to move away from the film industry. Her last on-screen appearance was in Motichoor Chaknachoor (2019) opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
