Neha Dhupia has long been a strong and outspoken presence on MTV Roadies, known for heated arguments, tough decisions and intense rivalries. However, beyond what viewers see on screen, the actor says the atmosphere
among the gang leaders is far more relaxed and friendly than it appears.
In an interview with Screen Spotlight, Neha opened up about her relationship with fellow gang leaders Prince Narula, Rhea Chakraborty and newcomer Elvish Yadav. Speaking about the period when she stepped away from the show and Rhea joined as a gang leader, Neha shared her honest take on working with her.

When asked about returning to the show and sharing the screen with Rhea, she said, “It was okay. I have known her socially.” She further explained that her familiarity with Prince came from past collaborations, saying she knew him because she was “working with him before.” Neha added that when she rejoined Roadies, Prince and Rhea were already aligned and Elvish Yadav’s entry came as a surprise.

Talking about Elvish Yadav, Neha admitted she did not know much about him initially but quickly understood his personality through the show. She mentioned that although she never expected to ally with Elvish, it eventually happened and turned out to be enjoyable.
She described the experience as “fun” and stressed that alliances and conflicts on Roadies are completely organic. According to her, “None of it is planned.”
Fierce Competition On Camera, Cordial Bonds Off It
Neha also spoke about the competitive spirit shared by all gang leaders. While emotions run high during filming, she said things settle down quickly once the cameras stop rolling. She described all the leaders, including herself, as “fiercely competitive,” but added that once the shoot wraps up, “on most days” everyone returns to being “cordial.”
Roadies XX Marked the Return of Neha Dhupia and Rannvijay Singha
The 20th season of Roadies, titled Roadies XX: Double Cross, marked not only Neha Dhupia’s return as a gang leader but also the comeback of Rannvijay Singha, who had earlier announced his departure from the show.

On the work front, Neha has been part of two notable recent projects. She appeared as a therapist in Perfect Family and later played an adoption agency officer in Single Papa, showcasing her versatility across different roles.
