Italy Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on Thursday extended birthday greetings to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.
In a post on X, Meloni called PM Modi her friend and wished him health, energy, and success.
“Happy birthday to my friend@narendramodi , to whom I wish health, energy, and success.
Italy and India continue to strengthen their deep bond of friendship, building together a future of cooperation and prosperity for our Nations,” she wrote on X.
In May this year, PM Modi visited Italy where he held discussions with Meloni covered a wide range of sectors. During the visit, India-Italy ties were elevated to a Special Strategic Partnership.
