Bigg Boss Previous Season Themes
Bigg Boss 18 – Last season, the show had a futuristic concept in which competitors could see their past, present, and future. The season of high suspense was dubbed ‘Time Ka Taandav’.
Bigg Boss 17 – The theme for BB S17 was ‘Dil, Dimaag, Dum’. The three zones represented three unique gameplays to which competitors were assigned according to their characteristics.
Bigg Boss 16 – This season’s design house included a circus motif, with Bigg Boss serving as the ringmaster. The tagline was ‘Game badlega kyunki Bigg Boss khud khelega’.
Bigg Boss 15 – This season’s theme was rather distinctive – ‘Sankat in Jungle’. Before relocating to the main luxury house, the housemates completed the stage staying in the jungle.
Bigg Boss 14 – This season’s all-celebrity participants followed a ‘Ab Paltega Scene’ theme, in which Bigg Boss would turn the tables every time the housemates believed they were safe.
Bigg Boss 13 – It was one of the most memorable seasons of Bigg Boss, with significant changes. The set was relocated from its original location in Lonavala to Film City, Mumbai but it did not have a distinctive theme.
Bigg Boss 12 – This year’s theme was all about ‘Vichitra jodis’, which meant that the competitors were asked to participate alongside their partners, which may be spouses, parents, siblings, coworkers or friends.
Bigg Boss 11 – This season of the Salman Khan-hosted show featured the theme of ‘padosi’, in which participants were divided into two houses and had to keep a watch on each other.
Bigg Boss 10 – A notable aspect was the inclusion of ordinary people alongside celebrities, which marked a departure from the show’s traditional celebrity-only formula.
What To Expect From Bigg Boss 19?

Set against the dramatic background of a Bigg Boss house inspired by Parliament, the new theme, ‘Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar’, introduces a shift of power. In the video, Salman said that the housemates will have the authority to make large and little decisions, transforming the house into a battleground of public sentiment.
