Sara Khan Shares Her Horrifying Incident
In the clip, the actress shared, “I’m making this video to alert my colleagues and other event industry professionals about my terrible experience with the organisers of Delhi 6 Fashion Runway Week. I’ve worked in this profession for over 18 years, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was meant to attend the event on August 2nd in Delhi, a place I’ve always loved and where everyone has always been so warm.”
“But this time, the organisers failed to provide basic safety, hospitality, and commitments. They promised, but they moved the hotel without notification, leaving me in an unknown and shady location with no help from their side,” she added.

Sara Khan Accused Organisers of Threatening Team Members
The actress further shared that the only relief provided to her was a car and driver, which she considered insufficient and unpleasant given the overall disorganisation.
When she refused to continue with the event under such circumstances, one of the organisers allegedly threatened her team members. Feeling scared and unprotected, she had to book her travel back and take necessary precautions to ensure her and her team’s safety.
Sara also apologised to the fans waiting for her at the event and said, “I apologise to those who were expecting me at the event. I’m very sorry for that. My safety was at stake, and I had to prioritise it. This incident was very inappropriate, and I’m speaking out to warn others in the profession.”
She wrote in the caption, “After years of doing events, this was the worst experience I’d ever had. I don’t want to name anyone because this was the entire management’s duty, which they failed to meet. I’m just sharing this video to remind my fellow artists and colleagues to be aware and take the required precautions. It was even my fault that I completely trusted the event management’s words. As they say, experiences are very crucial for learning.”
