The German car maker has added another performance model to the Indian fleet, named AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+. It has been launched at the starting price of Rs 1.35 crore (ex-showroom). It’s a two-door four-seater
coupe that comes with jaw-dropping aesthetics and a sporty style statement.
This is the second offering from the brand in the CLE lineup after Cabriolet. This allows the target audience to have another option in the segment to choose from. In case you are interested, the model is available for pre-booking nationwide via an authorised dealership. The deliveries are expected to kickstart immediately after reserving the vehicle.

What’s Inside Hood?
Under the hood, the newly launched CLE 53 Coupe has been given a robust 3.0-litre M 256M twin-turbo inline-six petrol engine. It generates a maximum power of 449bhp and 560 N · m of peak torque. It also gets an overboost function that raises the torque temporarily, making it up to 600Nm for up to 12 seconds. The unit is paired with the 9-speed automatic transmission.
It has been claimed by the brand that the car is capable of doing a 0 to 100 kmph sprint in just 4.2 seconds, and has a top speed of 270 kmph.
Exterior Details
Talking about the road presence, Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 comes with an aggressive facia, featuring a fat grill, complimented by a big pointed three Silver Arroves at the front. Being a member of an AMG family, it gets the badging at both ends. The car gets massive active air vents, fully signature style LED healight setup, paired with integrated DLRs and whatnot.

Interior
Inside, the cabin feels nothing but a sort of spaceship, a big thanks to the virtual cockpit, fully digital instrument cluster and a portrait-style 11.9-inch infotainment display that supports all the wireless car connect technology.

The other notable elements include a glossy surface, turbine-like AC vents with Burmester sound system, and a massive panoramic sunroof.
